Delivery Information
We want to get you the best possible deal on your hobby supplies. If you as a customer are happy, we hope you will return to our site or recommend it to your friends. Part of providing the best possible price involves getting you a good deal on shipping prices, wherever in the world you live.
When will my order be shipped?
Our normal shipping days are Tuesday and Thursday.
We make every effort to process all orders within 3 working days. Sometimes items go out of stock and may take a few days extra to arrive. In these cases we will let you know and keep you updated on the progress of your order. Orders containing resin cast items can sometimes take longer to process as we do not keep a large stock of resin items and cast many of our resin products to order.
If you require an item urgently, just drop us an email and we will do our best to ensure it gets to you faster. This may cost a little more if first class or next-day delivery is required.
When will I receive my order?
UK orders are usually delivered within 2-3 working days of dispatch. European orders are usually delivered within 5-7 working days but can in some cases take 2-3 weeks to arrive. Orders to the rest of the world usually take around 7-10 working days but can take up to 30 days depending on customs delays.
How much will it cost?
Most of our deliveries are sent via Royal Mail, either by 1st or 2nd class post in the UK or by Airmail for international orders. For larger orders, we may use a courier or split deliveries into smaller packages to get you the best deal. For peace of mind, we recommend you choose a recorded delivery option on more expensive orders.
We also offer flat rate shipping in the UK. International shipping is weight based.
In order to maintain excellent delivery times and happy customers, we may, from time to time, send orders via a different delivery method than requested at checkout if we feel a different delivery method would be faster or more economical and where certain delivery methods are unavailable.
International Orders
International orders will be sent by Airmail. Larger orders will be shipped by tracked post although smaller orders will be shipped without tracking to keep costs down. If you specifically require tracked shipping please let us know.
Import Taxes
For orders outside the UK and European Union, you may be subject to import taxes or customs duty. We are not in any way responsible for these charges and would suggest that you contact your local customs office for details of any charges before purchasing. Please do not ask us to amend or doctor the customs declaration form on your package as we will not do this.
What if my order does not arrive?
If your order has not arrived within an acceptable time from dispatch, send us an email and we will see if we can help. Usually a call to your local sorting office will solve the problem but if your item has gone missing, then we will endeavour to help track your parcel down. Please note however, we cannot always offer refunds in these situations where we can provide proof of postage.
Free Shipping Promotions
From time to time we may offer free shipping on orders placed via our webstore.
Free shipping will always be of the standard shipping option for your country. This will usually be Royal Mail 2nd Class for UK and Airmail for international orders. If you require a higher level of shipping, please pay for the level of shipping you require.
Any orders using an incorrect code will be cancelled and refunded.
We WILL NOT retroactively refund shipping costs if you do not use the code or if you purchase across multiple orders
